Our policy regarding refunds and returns is as follows.
For the refund and return window lasts for 7 days. If these time frames have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. In order to process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are instances where only partial refunds are granted, such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error. Additionally, any item returned beyond 7 days after delivery may also be eligible for only a partial refund.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return. An email will be sent to notify you of the receipt of your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the refund posting. When returning a product, please ship it to the same address: Zollar Mall, 1st Floor, Rm19, Next to Khoja Roundabout, Nairobi.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
